| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Full access to all system modules, user management, system settings, backup and restore operations. |
| Admin | Manages members, savings, loans, shares, repayments and reports. |
| Manager | Oversees SACCO operations, supervises staff, approves loans within assigned limits, monitors financial performance, and reviews reports for decision-making and compliance. |
| Cashier | Records savings deposits, share contributions, loan repayments and daily transactions. |
| Loan Officer | Reviews loan applications, verifies member eligibility, recommends approval and monitors repayments. |
| Auditor | Views reports, audits transactions and verifies financial records without modifying data. |
| Member | Views personal savings, shares, loans, repayments and account information. |
